Job description:

Carry out outbound calls to new potential customers (medium-sized businesses) on behalf of McAfee, a leading company specializing in anti-virus software, and call existing customers for the renewal of existing McAfee products and licenses.
Responsibilities include ongoing management of accounts of medium-sized businesses in the US and Europe.

Requirements: Hours: M-TH, 09:00-18:00, F: 08:30-12:30
Location: Jerusalem, Tel Aviv or Be’er Sheva (training in Jerusalem)


Team Leaders (McAfee)

Job description:

Coach and manage a team of agents who will be carrying out outbound calls to new potential customers (medium-sized businesses) on behalf of McAfee, a leading company specializing in anti-virus software, and calling existing customers for the renewal of existing McAfee products and licenses.
Responsible for team performance as well as for handling customer escalations.

HelpDesk Supervisor/Manager (CNS)

Job description:

Supervise the HelpDesk Support team. Provide first and second-level telephony, desktop and LAN support in a Windows domain, Active directory, Citrix/thin client, and Windows XP environment. Ensure that SLA's are met. Provide guidance to the first and second level support teams and help troubleshoot and resolve all issues escalated to second level. The position requires a hands-on approach to solving issues.

Requirements:
Hours: Rotating shifts (days, evenings and overnights) – some travel within Israel required
